Your Privacy Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) of 2018, officially called AB-375, gives consumers (California residents) more control over personal information that businesses collect about them. At ETHERIUM, we extend CCPA privacy rights to all US residents.

  • Know. Consumers have the right to know about the personal information a business collects about them, and how it is used and shared.
  • Delete. Consumers have the right to delete the personal information collected from them, with some exceptions according the the Privacy Policy.
  • Opt-Out. Consumers have the right to opt-out on the sale of their personal information, also known as “Do Not Sell My Personal Information”.
